All sales are final. We will issue store credit on a case by case basis. Please contact us at support@treschicloft.com if you have any further questions. 

Exchanges (if applicable) - due to COVID no exchanges accepted
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must notify us within 24hrs of receipt, send us an email at support@treschicloft.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit. Please allow up to 48 Hours to receive your Store Credit via email.
